Yes, from My Orders, until the seller has packed it for the courier. The full amount goes back to your Shuvino Wallet straight away.

You can browse and add to cart without one. Checkout needs an account so we can send order updates and keep your order history.

Everyone in a group pays the full starting price. The more people join and keep the product, the lower the final price — and each member gets the difference back in their Shuvino Wallet.

After the group closes, every member has received their order and the 7-day return period is over. Members who cancel or return are not counted.

You pay the starting price and receive your order as normal; there is no price drop to refund.

Wallet money is used for orders on Shuvino; it cannot be withdrawn to a bank account.

Open My Orders, or use Track Order with your order number and mobile number. You also get SMS updates when it ships and is delivered.

Within 7 days of delivery, open the order in My Orders and choose Return or Exchange next to the item. A courier collects it.

To your Shuvino Wallet, as soon as the seller receives and checks the item.

Register at Seller sign-up, verify your mobile, then submit PAN, bank, pickup address and documents. Shuvino reviews it, usually in 1–2 business days.
